Hey my name is Button, a combination of my first and last name (Ben Dutton)... obviously made because of how common my name actually is umm ive been drawing, painting, making a complete mess with art tools ever since i was little. I believe i am a very independent person, if something needs to be done i dont wait for someone to do it for me, i just jump straight in and get it done.If there is a pen or pencil lying around i am prone to picking it up and just drawing all over whatever is around. (paper, books, tables, walls...u name it i probably have drawn on it) My style is very animated (lots of my work including strange out of this world places in combination with some form of a pin up damsel in distress, usually a fight between good, evil and just plain weird!) this works for me because i am studying a diploma of animation and fine arts at QUT, so fingers crossed i pass and got my diplomacy. My art also draws alot of inspiration from my music, bands like cobra starship, all american rejects, fallout boy, escape the fate and paramore are constantly going through my head. I also like to draw on people i know for inspiration...im a bit of a mimic (easily influenced person) if i spend too much time around some things i pick up some of their attitudes. I made this page to give me an incentive to actually produce work. |
